Shanghai AVIC and NLT Announce the Formation of New Company (Tianma)
Shanghai, China, September5, 2013 – Today, Shanghai AVIC Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (Shanghai AVIC) and NLT Technologies, Ltd. (NLT) formally announce the establishment (March 15, 2013) and official launch, currently scheduled for November 1, 2013, of a new joint venture Tianma NLT America, Inc., to provide the most advanced AMLCD display solutions specifically catering to the Americas industrial market. These companies are all part of the TIANMA Group.
