Description

This solution is a 3.6 KW bidirectional AC/DC power supply based on digital control. It utilizes a totem‑pole bridgeless PFC topology and a combination of SiC and Si MOSFETs, operating in continuous conduction mode (CCM) at high switching frequencies to achieve highly efficient bidirectional power conversion.

The system supports three operating modes: PFC, grid‑tied inverter, and grid‑off inverter. It is suitable for a wide range of applications requiring single‑ or bidirectional AC/DC power conversion, including energy storage systems, on‑board chargers (OBCs), grid‑connected renewable energy generation, and battery formation.
