LV BLDC FAN

Description

BLDC (Brushless Direct Current Motor) is a remote-controlled, energy-efficient motor which offers high efficiency, improved control, enhanced performance, reliability, and longevity. The control algorithm used in the drive can vary depending on the application, and may include techniques such as field-oriented control (FOC) for precise control and work for low voltages.

Features

  • Controls fan speed to optimize airflow while minimizing noise.
  • Includes built‑in protection features to ensure safe and reliable fan operation.
  • Field‑oriented control (FOC) based on a single‑shunt topology enables smooth and efficient fan motion.
  • Stabilizes operation by regulating voltage, even under input voltage fluctuations.
  • Sensor‑less operation estimates rotor position using motor back‑EMF.
  • The driver includes advanced features such as Initial Position Detection (IPD), Start‑In‑Motion (SIM), braking, and field weakening.
  • Supports IR or RF remote control interfaces.

Applications

  • Electric vehicles
  • Industrial automation
  • Robotics
  • Home appliances
