Description

This POC is a 3.6kW bidirectional isolated DC/DC power supply based on digital control technology, employing a Dual Active Bridge (DAB) topology and advanced Triple Phase Shift (TPS) control algorithm, with soft switching across the entire voltage range and optimized modulation for minimum reverse power flow. It can achieve extremely high conversion efficiency at high switching frequencies. It features a simplified resonant network (requiring only one resonant inductor), wide voltage regulation range, seamless switching of bidirectional power operation, easy design of magnetic component for fixed frequency control and effective EMI handling. It has four working modes: Primary Side CV, Primary Side CC, Secondary Side CV, and Secondary Side CC, and can be widely used in scenarios that require unidirectional or bidirectional DC/DC power conversion, such as energy storage, on-board charger (OBC), grid-connected renewable energy generation, battery formation.
